The hotel staff were very efficient and friendly. The room was well prepared and very clean with a really big bed. The breakfast was one of the nicest buffets I have had with friendly and helpful staff. I totally recomend this hotel and will definately stay again.

The building is astounding and the grounds superb. The staff were very pleasant and professional. The room was very nice with an excellent shower. I had venison which is not a usual dish in the UK but was cooked to perfection. The wine selection was also good.

As an English Hotel it would have been nice to be offered some real ales even if only in bottles. There are plenty of local brewers in this area both large and small.

There is no lift. The restaurant is difficult to find due to poor signage.

This is a lovely hotel in a wonderful setting, very quiet and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome. We had breakfast both mornings and the food was excellent. The room was lovely and clean. There is plenty to do in the area and two very good pubs within walking distance.

Staff were excellent; efficient, very friendly and helpful.

Lack of lift facilities, stairs were very difficult with heavy suitcases. It was obviously a slow time for the hotel as the rates were significantly reduced. However, two weddings at the hotel significantly reduced the staff availability for guests. TV was not working in my room. No room service menu was available in my room.

My daughter was married at The De Vere Ponsbourne Park Hotel on Friday 9th Sept 2011. All the staff from the Wedding Planner, Reception staff, Managers to Cleaners were the most helpful and friendly people we have ever come accross. Nothing was to much trouble. We highly recommend this Hotel as a Wedding Venue everything was fantastic. The food is great and the location is lovely. We could not have wanted more. Thank you so much.

We would like to have stayed longer. Nothing not to like.!!

Country location, large comfortable bed and room, peace and quiet, excellent breakfast, helpful staff, bottle of water in the room, lots of parking spaces, relaxed atmosphere.
